The funny thing is I enjoy them even more as audio books. Lately I've been listening to a few. ENVIOUS CASCA is not on my favorites list because I realized who the killer was almost from the beginning and that kind of spoiled the thing for me.<br /><br />Of course, I love Heyer's Regency books as well. So much so that I can go on ad infinitum about them. Apparently her husband cons...Heyer is interesting. Apparently her husband constructed most of the puzzles and then she wrote around them. The book I've read (Death in the Stocks) was nothing special in the puzzle department, but the characters and dialogue were laugh out loud funny in places. I need to read more of her, but I came away with a positive impression.W. Envious Casca is among the last four m...Yes and no. <i>Envious Casca</i> is among the last four mysteries listed in her bibliography, but there's a gap of more than ten years between the publication of this book and her last two mysteries. Those last two, <i>Duplicate Death</i> and <i>Detection Unlimited</i>, received some high praise on the GADwiki.
